Project Manager
Full-Time Position
Introduction
The Project Manager will oversee the execution of the project assigned. The PM is directly accountable for the successful project outcomes including complete client satisfaction, project profitability, and ongoing management and development of existing and new client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist with the project plan and schedule, and ensures compliance with budget and quality, reporting to the Project Management team

Proactively manages potential problems, work interferences, and schedule conflicts/setbacks

Assist the estimation team with providing quotes and breakdown of materials

Review and understand the contract and subcontracts, ensure budgets, forecasts, and profitability levels are met

Maintain project administration correspondence and complies with documentation requirements

Prepare project start up documents

Maintain and update RFI, SI, COs, CCNs, etc.

Coordinates with external vendors on schedule, security access and site logistics

Assist with shop drawing review and coordination

Communicate effectively with trades and ensures that performance, productivity, quality, and safety requirements are met
Qualifications and Experience

Construction Project Management's certificate or equivalent
-
Minimum 5 years of relatable experiences

Driver’s license
-
Health and Safety Certifications (WHSA, WHMIS, WAH, etc.)

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Experience with estimation/takeoffs

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Proficiency in MS Office and estimating software

Possess excellent communication skills (written, verbal, technological) and interpersonal skills

Is detail-oriented, organized and committed to achieving excellence in their work

Can be self-directed, possess a sense of initiative and dependability
